This is from my series of photographs done in Vietnam the year before my daughter was born. I was aboard a Chinese Junk touring Halong Bay. Rock formations such as this surround you constantly as the junk navigates through them.

This seemed very fortunate to see as the sun was beginning to set in the west silhouetting a very small Buddhist Temple sitting atop this particular rock.

I met people that really wanted to be cowboys, some to the extent of building western towns and on weekends pretending to be just that, cowboys.
